Shell sells Autoserve to Bridgestone

Shell has signed agreements to sell its Autoserv business in Thailand & Malaysia to Bridgestone Corporation Holdings Thailand and Bridgestone Tyre Sales (Malaysia).

In the announcement released on Monday, Shell did not disclose the financial terms.

The agreements relate to a network of 64 outlets in Thailand and 8 outlets in Malaysia. In addition, Shell will continue to supply Lubricants to these outlets through a long term supply agreement with Bridgestone.
