Thai Life opens care centre

Thai Life Insurance is setting up the care centre network (CCN) at more than 250 branches nationwide to faciliate claims filing and improve services.

Chai Chaiyawan, president of the company, said yesterday that

the centre is under the company's "Total Care for Life" business plan. It is drawn to ensure maximum benefits of policyholders on health services and claims payment.

"CCN will protect policyholders' benefits and take care of medical treatment forms," Chai said, adding that the centre will also help customers solve other insurance-related problems.

The centre will start service on April 1.
