PTT stages roadshows

PTT Plc plans to hold a roadshow in London, New York, Japan and Hong Kong from February to March, to explain the recent development concerning the three natural gas pipelines.

Pichai Chunhavajira, chief official officer, said the roadshows would also be used to vet demand for a bond issue.

The Supreme Administrative Court in December ordered PTT to return the three pipelines to the Finance Ministry. The ministry recently finalised that PTT need to pay the progressive rate of rents for the pipelines. The annual rents are estimated at between Bt180 million and Bt550 million.
