
Anuphong Asavabhokin, chief executive officer of the company, said on Tuesday that half will be low-rise and the other high-rise and most will be located in city areas.
The property developer hopes to reap the annual sale of Bt15 billion this year. In 2007, sale revenue totalled Bt15.68 billion, 94 per cent above the 2006 level.
"The market will be dominated by large developers this year and they will come up with strategies to steal market shares from one another. It's the buyers' market," said Anuphong.
