Besides fleet sales, Leo Motors expects at least 500 units will be sold this year.
Leo Motors will help the Thai partner in the construction of the electric vehicles and will provide production and development expertise.
Global Electric Motors will establish the joint venture that will manage the project, maintain exclusive rights to selling the vehicles in the domestic market and provide Leo with another global sourcing base.
Both will work to export the products and expand the profitability of the joint venture.
Leo Motors specialises in electrical technologies, engineered to inspire and influence a clean, green, zero-emission approach to transportation. With patented technology and a team of experts in electric-vehicle design, automotive engineering and vehicle styling, they have themselves developed a line of seven different EVs in the last two years.
