MIDA raises stake in JR Deal
MIDA ASSETS announced yesterday that it has bought 5.58 per cent of JR Deal from DE Capital with an investment value of Bt19.99 million.
Buyers and seller are connected persons with MIDA's holding of 16.63 per cent in DE's shares and two common directors with DE, according to the filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
