AA announces tender offer
Advanced Agro has submitted statement of firm intention to make a tender offer by Yothin Damnerncharnvanich.
According to the statement, Always Rich Holding Ltd has entered into agreement with each selling shareholder to purchase the shares of AA from each of them. The total share purchased are 403.51 million or equal 75.79 per cent of total paid-up shares of AA at the price of Bt38.89 per share in the total amount of Bt15.69 billion.
