Somchai accused of leaking info to Yongyuth
People's Network against Corruption secretary-general Weera Somkwamkid on Thursday filed a complaint with the Election Commission accusing Election Commissioner Somchai Jungprasert of leaking information on the investigation of electoral frauds involving People Power Party deputy leader Yongyuth Tiyapairat.
Weera said Somchai had not returned the investigation file on electoral frauds and he suspected that Somchai leaked the information on the investigation to Yongyuth.
Weera said he will also file a separate complaint with the National Counter Corruption Commission against the EC over the matter.
