INFLATION
inflation forecast revision is likely
Bank of Thailand might revise up the forecast figures of 2008 inflation rates, in line with the surging global oil price, said assistant governor Duangmanee Vongpradhip.
Recently the central bank forecast that the core inflation rate this year would range between 1 per cent to 2 per cent, while that of the headline inflation would hover between 1.5 per cent to 2.8 per cent.
