Piaget counts down to the 'Magic Hour'

Frank's Watch Boutique at Siam Paragon in Bangkok - with president Chaiyos Eiamamornpan and managing director Suthin Jiramaneekul in charge - hosted a party recently to unveil the ladies' wristwatch Piaget Magic Hour.

It's a bit of magic, this timepiece, expressing three different moods, so it was a magical gathering of socialites and celebrities.

Enjoying the soiree were Swiss Ambassador Rodolphe Imhoof, Khunying Chodchoy Sophonpanich, Burin Wongsanguan, Chairoj and Rungrudee Poonsapmanee, Gen Pairoj and Kleddao Panichsamai and ML Hathaijanok Kritakara.

In a spectacular enchanted setting, three women violinists gave a passionate recital of classical music, and then a bevy of beauty queens appeared in marvellous outfits, each wearing the Piaget on a wrist.

Miss Thailand 2007 Angkana Trirattanathip and runners-up Pattra Devahastin Na Ayudhya and Chompunuch La-orwannagorn kept the guests enthralled until a special surprise was ready.

It was a giant birthday cake for host Chaiyos.
