
In the statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the company said the shares account for 40 per cent of Flash News' capital, which is raised from Bt15 million to Bt25 million to accommodate the investment.
Flash News's main business is managing FM 98.0 MHz radio station under the name "Business Radio" and "GG News".
"This investment will enable us to expand our presence in the multimedia especially in news and information. It will also
create a strong opportunity to enhance our brand awareness and to better serve our readers and advertisers in more than one channel," the company said.
