Thai bourse gains ahead of election
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index rose 21.89 points to 813.60 on Friday, while the blue-chip SET-50 index gained 19.05 points to 594.80.
The gain ahead of the Sunday election followed two days of market contraction.
PTT also gained Bt16 after a Bt28 or a 10 per cent fall in the previous three trading days.
