Angulo and Vicente next victims of Koeman's "revolution"

Madrid - The next victims of the "revolution" of Valencia coach Ronald Koeman are Miguel Angel Angulo and Vicente Rodriguez, according to the digital version of Marca on Thursday.

Koeman, who replaced the sacked Quique Sanchez Flores in November, is determined to reshape the Valencia squad, and has already told veterans Santiago Canizares and David Albelda to pack their bags.

According to Marca, Angulo, 30, and Vicente, 26, are to be the next victims.

The same as Canizares and Albelda, Angulo and Vicente are Spanish internationals - and were also important parts of the successful team constructed by Rafa Benitez, between 2001 and 2004.

Neither Angulo nor Vicente have played much this season due to injuries. Indeed, Vicente was fined by the club in October for criticising head doctor Antonio Giner, a close friend of Valencia president Juan Soler.

Marca also claims that Koeman is considering offloading new signings Manuel Fernandes and Nikola Zigic, neither of whom have so far impressed.
