
Thailand's export hit a monthly historical high to US$14.72 billion last month, an increase by 24.4 per cent from the same period last year, thanks to robust export growth in all three sectors, the Commerce Ministry announced on Thursday.
Export value in the first 11 months was $139.21 billion, up 17.4 per cent year on year, while the value of imports was up 8.7 per cent to $127.96 billion, giving a trade surplus of $11.24 billion.
November's imports grew 17.4 per cent year on year to $12.81 billion, giving a trade surplus of $1.9 billion for the month.
