Revenue target
The Built to Build Group has announced a revised revenue projection for this year, bringing its annual target down from Bt550 million to Bt490 million.
However, the group's consolidated revenue is still expected to achieve 13-per-cent growth from last year's Bt430 million.
Of this year's expected revenue, about Bt270 million will come from Built to Build and the rest from subsidiary Bangkok House Builder.
Group managing director Sutee Ketsiri said the lower total revenue was due to internal economic and political instability, which had adversely affected consumer confidence.
