They observe the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King's 80th birthday.
Chopard Switzerland showcased its "Masterpiece Collection", including watches created for European royal families, special timepieces for the Prince of Wales Foundation, Jose Carreras International Leukaemia Foundation and the Elton John Aids Foundation and events like Cannes Film Festival.
The special timepiece celebrating His Majesty the King is based on the iconic watch collections of Happy Sport and Mille Miglia. The intricate design of the watches reflects the Royal Emblem.
For ladies, limited editions are offered in a black ceramic case with a yellow strap, embossed with "Long Live The King". The dial bears the Royal Emblem in silver at the numeral 12, and features three diamonds. There are just nine first-edition ladies watches with 44 diamonds around the bezel. These cost Bt388,000. There are 200 without bezel diamonds, costing Bt99,000.
For gentleman, 80 special-edition watches in steel with the Royal Emblem on the dial and a case in the shape of Thailand each cost Bt178,000.
Part of the proceeds will be presented to His Majesty the King.
