Dinner at a Khao Yai vineyard

Celebrate the holiday season, with wine and dinner at Granmonte Vineyard (granmonte.com) in Nakhon Ratchasima. The family estate hosts the Bud Burst Wine Festival until January 31. In the scenic valley of Shiraz and Chenin Blanc, you can rub shoulders with wine buffs and enjoy tasting various wines. Granmonte's latest vintages - 2006 Primavera Unfiltered Syrah and 2007 Primavera Unwooded Chenin Blanc - will be introduced. Chefs from five-star hotels will demonstrate wine-and-food paring at VinCotto restaurant. Once the bottle is uncorked, the acoustic music kicks in at the wine bar.
