Souvenirs add Games to memory

The SEA Games are not just about the thrills and spills of various events.

Published on December 14, 2007

The memories associated with the sporting extravaganza also play an important role in the lives of participants - both athletes and enthusiasts alike.

The full range of products from the Games Official Merchandise collection are now available in Nakhon Ratchasima malls and outlets at most of the venues. Branded products such as licensed SEA Games t-shirts priced at Bt699, pins and key rings (Bt70), bags, footballs and fashionable utility and office products have been flying off the shelves.

In highest demand are the dolls of the Games mascot 'Can' in traditional northeastern wear, which are priced from Bt100 to Bt370.

Situated in front of the main stadium inside His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday Anniversary Stadium complex, the stores are easily accessible. Thousands crowded the stores for SEA Games memorabilia and the 'Can' dolls, which are selling like hot cakes.

With the choice of outlets and products, there is something special for everyone to make the 24th SEA Games memorable.
