Ticon starts third logistics project

With construction and leasing of its first two logistics developments well under way, Ticon Logistics Park, a subsidiary of Ticon Industrial Connection, has commenced its third development in Ayutthaya's Wang Noi district.

The new development will be called T Park Wang Noi, located at Wang Noi Highway kilometre 55.

The first phase of the 213-rai area has begun with infrastructure and infrastructure construction.

It will offer a cold-storage warehouse of 11,400 square metres, expandable by 4,000 square metres and for which a tenant has already been secured.

This tenant may take additional space on the site, and the rest of the 120,000-square-metre total to be developed on this site will be leased to other tenants.

The first phase of the project is due for completion in the middle of next year and ex-pected to cost about Bt500 million, inclusive of the total land costs.

The first two developments consist of the 450-rai T Park Bang Na, of which 33,000 square metres have been completed and leased out, and the smaller TPark Laem Chabang, of which half of the total 30,000 square metres have been completed and leased out. These developments are likely to be completed in mid-2009 and late next year, respectively.
