Pran Buri is on the Gulf Coast of Prachuap Khiri Khan province.
"We've kicked off the Pran-a-Luxe project, seeing the potential of Pran Buri as a well-known natural destination enjoying good weather and a beautiful beach. The district is located not far from Bangkok," said Sumeth Sukapanpotha-ram, managing director of the Supharat Group.
Pran-a-Luxe consists of 47 beachfront homes in five designs under the concept of "Passion of Exclusive Life". Priced from Bt8 million, the villas provide a strong privacy benefit to individuals.
The 16-rai site is more than 100 metres long and located in Tambon Paknam Pran.
Designed in a tropical-contemporary style, the project has been created to fit very well with today's living patterns.
"The villa project has strong potential on its prime location, which is close to the sea, and enjoys a full allocation of space. The house plan has been made to foster strong preservation and harmony with nature, while the roof structure has been exclusively created to allow passage of natural light into the house," Sumeth said.
The five villa models are Pranant, a two-level home occupying 680 square metres; Pranalee, a three-level home of 385 square metres; Pranakas, a two-level home of 334 square metres; Pranarom, a two-level home of 253 square metres; and Pranarin, a one-level home of 174 square metres.
All units will have sea views, complete infrastructure and comfortable items.
The project will cater to new-generation customers, split evenly between locals and foreigners, particularly Europeans but especially Scandinavians, who know Pran Buri very well as a beautiful tourism destination and have the potential to increase their long-stay travels here.
Pran-a-Luxe will be another alternative for this group of foreign customers, who are looking for an investment or a second home abroad.
Pran-a-Luxe will be the company's pilot project for expanding into new housing-estate projects, particularly at new beach-resort destinations.
Sumeth said the Supharat Group, founded in 2002, has two other major subsidiaries besides Supharat Resort.
TM Design provides architectural services for home and interior design, while Supharat Development develops urban real-estate projects along Skytrain routes.
