NLA warned not to pass more bills

National Legislative Assembly member Surichai Wankaew stepped down from his post warning the NLA that it should not have rushed and passed important bills as its term is ending in 11 days.



Surichai, also Chulalongkorn University lecturer said the NLA has lost its legitimacy to further debate and pass important bills that may risk causing conflicts and violate the Constiuttion.

He said the NLA should hand over the duty to the new House.

His resignation will be effective tomorrow.
