TICON Starts Third Logistics Project

The new development will be TPARK Wang Noi, located at Wang Noi Km 55. The first phase on the 213rai area has begun with infrastructure and infrastructure construction. It will offer a cold storage warehouse of 11,400 sq m, expandable by 4,000 sq m, for which a tenant has already been secured.  This same tenant may take additional space on the site, and the remainder of the total of about 120,000 sq m which will be developed on this site will be leased to other tenants. Phase 1 of this project is due for completion in mid2008, and is expected to cost in the region of Bt500 million, inclusive of the total land cost.

The first two developments comprise the 450 rai TPARK Bangna, where 33,000 sq m have been completed and leased out, and the smaller TPARK Laem Chabang, where 15,000 sq m of the total of 30,000 sq m have been completed and leased out.  These developments are likely to be completed in mid2009 and late 2008, respectively.
