...A member of one political party for at least 90 days until election day.
...For direct voting in a constituency, a born native of the province in which the constituency is located, or a resident keeping household registration in the province, a government officer serving in the province or a student enrolled in the province for at least five unbroken years until registration day.
...For proportionate voting in a zone, the same qualifications as for constituencies apply except in the zone registered, instead of the province.
*A person who is not a drug addict, who has not declared bankruptcy or who has not been ruled by a court as a corrupt person.
*A person whose voting right has not been revoked, who is not in jail or who has been out of jail at least five years before the election date, and who has not been deposed by the Senate.
*A person freed on court-approved bail, who can continue political activities and get elected until he or she is convicted by the Supreme Court.
*A person who has not been a senator for at least two years before election day.
*A person who is not an Ombudsman, Constitution Court judge or member of the Election Commission, National Counter-Corruption Commission, National Human Rights Commission or State Audit Commission.
