SNC nets Bt1.2 bn from PO
SNC Former Plc has received the net proceeds of Bt1.189 billion from the public offering of 100 million shares in November.
The shares were sold out at Bt12.30 apiece, the company said in a statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
Participating in the offering was Asia Investment Partners Co Ltd which subscribed for 40 million or 40 per cent of total shares.
