TROOPING THE COLOUR
A grand trooping the colour was held yesterday at the Royal Plaza to honour His Majesty the King as part of the celebrations for His Majesty's 80-year-old birthday.
There Majesty the King and the Queen together with Crown Prince HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn appeared at the military parade annually days before HM the King's birthday of December 5.
The military swore in front of the their majesties before Royal Anthem and the floating of 8,000 balloons with silk plate featuring "Long Live the King", to mark the 80th anniversary as well as 21 shots of cannon salute.
The military chanted "Long Live the King" three times while the Majesties the King and the Queen and the Crown Prince were leaving the royal plaza.
