TPIPL stock halted

TPI Polene stock has been temporary halted from trading effective from the second trading session on Monday until the company has clarified or disclosed this material information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand, the SET said in its report.

The Criminal Court earlier ruled that TPIPL and Prachai Leophairatana, at present a director of TPIPL which is planner of the company under the Bankruptcy Act, were found guilty of violating the Securities and Exchange Act, BE 2535. TPIPL was fined Bt6.9 billion and Prachai was sentenced to 3-year jail without the suspension of the execution of a judgment. - The Nation
