Gas goes up
The price of cooking gas will rise by at least Bt1.29 a kilogram, depending on the global market price, from tomorrow.

This will raise the price from Bt16.81 to at least Bt18.10 per kilo.
The Internal Trade Department has tried to curb the price of cooking gas for fear of hurting consumers. It is not allowing suppliers to raise their marketing and transport costs from the current rate of Bt3.265 per kilo.
