SET closed up a tad
Thai shares ended flat on Friday on hope of the US Federal Reserve's another key rate cut next week.
The SET Index was in volatility session. It closed up 0.19 per cent at Bt846.44, off the day's low at 838.85. Turnover was moderate at Bt20.05 billion.
Among the most active stocks, PTT Plc was up 1.60 per cent at Bt380, PTT Exploration and Production Plc (PTTEP) was unchanged at Bt152, Thai Oil Plc (TOP) rose 1.78 per cent at Bt86 and Thoresen Thai Agencies Plc (TTA) surged 0.98 per cent at Bt51.50.
