Yet despite having the perfect family, Stefani says she spends most of her time on the bus or in hotel rooms. But at least baby goes too, even hanging around backstage while mum performs. In this month's issue, Stefani poses prettily in a black and white outfit from Vera Wang and talks about her fashion favourites and her new house in Beverly Hills.

The magazine also showcases the best-dressed ladies at this year's Emmy Awards, held at the Shrine Auditorium in LA. Black, white and red proved popular choices but there were glimpses of other colours on the red carpet as some celebs chose to show up in dresses by little-known designers.

Actress Ashley Judd is the focus of this month's fashion flashback with her stylist pouring on the praise for Judd's ability to look great no matter what's she wearing. This is one Hollywood gal who looks every bit as terrific in Levi's cheering her husband on the racing circuit as walking elegantly in a long gown down the red carpet.

Then meet metrosexual Athichart "Um" Chumnanon. The sexy actor talks about his personal fashion sense and his favourite accessories from moisturiser cream to cologne to his iPod.

The tuxedo isn't just for guys. Ladies have been wearing tuxes since 1940 when Katherine Hepburn famously donned one, to be followed by Diane Keaton in 1977, Madonna in 1989, and, more recently, Charlize Theron.
