BT to boost capital
BankThai said on Monday that it would increase registered capital of Bt16.68 billion by issuing 4.45 billion new shares with par value of Bt3.75 per share.The capital increase is expected to raise by around Bt7.7 billion.
The new shares would be issued via right offering at the price of Bt1.73 per share in proportion to each shareholder at the ratio of one existing share to two new shares.
The subscription and the payment methods of the new ordinary shares will be from December 6 to 13. - The Nation
