Lat Phrao police chief Colonel Somsak Bunsaeng said the doctor had cooperated and provided useful information, including medical records.
Phaisal denied involvement in the killing of Raweewan and two other people associated with his Bio Clinic.
He said he would ask younger brother Sakda, who is wanted in connection with the murder of Raweewan, to surrender.
He dismissed as "incredible" information made public on Wednesday by Chaiyaroj Saengkhamsat, a former Bio Clinic employee.
"He couldn't know much, because he worked for me for only three months three years ago," he added.
The doctor declined to comment on criminal charges filed by the Food and Drug Administration. He will make a public statement on these on November 27.
Phaisal was earlier scheduled to be interviewed by police on Monday but postponed it to yesterday.
