Organisers invest Bt50 mn for CentralWorld party
CentralWorld joins hands with CM Organizer Co Ltd to host 2008 Countdown Party for a period of four years.
In the first year, the organisers would spend Bt50 million to host "Hands Bangkok Countdown 2008@CentralWorld", aiming to turn it the biggest in Asean. Half of the budget will go to the construction of the Greeting Ball Tower.
Sermkhun Kunawong, chief executive officer of CM Organizer, said that in the following years, the investment would be gradually increased.
In this year, it expects to welcome about 250,000 revellers, 10 per cent being foreigners.
