Sonthi brushes off reports Thaksin lobbied military friends to return

Deputy Prime Minister General Sonthi Boonyaratglin paid little attention to news reports that deposed prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra was trying to return to the country with the help of his friends in the military.

Reports have been circulating that Thaksin has been lobbying top military men from Class 10 to help him return.

Sonthi said he had no comment about the move.
