The company will offer 200 million new shares to institutional and retail investors later this month.
Of the 200 million shares, 35-40 per cent will be sold to local and foreign institutional investors, with the balance offered to retail investors.
The company earlier said proceeds would be used to finance new residential projects.

Q3 profit spikes
Electronic-components manufacturer Hana Microelectronics late on Tuesday reported a 52-per-cent surge in its third-quarter net profit, boosted by a one-time gain.
The company posted a third-quarter net profit of Bt1.03 billion, up from Bt677.5 million in the same period last year.
Total revenue in the quarter rose to Bt4.19 billion, from Bt4.16 billion before, while total expenses rose from Bt3.44 billion to Bt3.5 billion.
The company recorded a gain of Bt504.6 million in the quarter from the sale of a stake in an associated company. There was no such income in last year's third quarter.
In the first nine months of this year, Hana's net profit totalled Bt1.84 billion, up from Bt1.71 billion in the same period last year.
Birthday event
The Rotary Clubs of Thailand will join hands with the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration and the private sector to host an event celebrating His Majesty the King's 80th birthday next month.
The event, "Rotary: Celebrations on the Auspicious Occasion of His Majesty the King's 80th Birthday", will be held next Sunday from 9am to 7pm in Lumpini Park on Rama IV Road in Bangkok.
The highlight of the event will be a parade of vehicles decorated with 80,000 flowers. Free healthcare services and several entertainment activities will also be available.
