
Pramon Sutivong, chairman of Board of Trade, said that the NLA has already approved Surayud's travelling to Singapore for the signing.
The signing of the blueprint will take place at the 13th ASEAN summit, to be held in Singapore from November 19 to 22 this year. Prime Minister Surayud will head a Thai delegation to attend the summit. The singing ceremony will be organsed on November 22.
The blueprint is part of the efforts to develop ASEAN to become a single market and single production base, enhance ASEAN's competitiveness, promote equitable economic development in the region, and integrate the ASEAN economy into the world economy.
