For the love of HM
The Army will make changes to the Ceremony of Taking the Oath of Allegiance to the Colours, and the Military Parade of the Royal Guards on December 2 to lessen His Majesty's the King's workload, a senior official said yesterday.

Army chief Anupong Paochinda had assigned the Army Region 1 to adjust the schedule for the ceremony and the parade, held to mark His Majesty the King's birthday at the Royal Plaza. This was to prevent His Majesty from becoming exhausted at the event, said Army deputy spokeswoman Colonel Sirichan Ngathong. The matter had been conveyed to His Majesty for his consideration.
