The court on the day ordered three members of the Vichaidit family, who filed the compensation charges against France-based Airbus for the loss of the family chief Thawat Vichaidit, to revise their charges. The compensations for each of them must be separated, said Rujira Bunnag, the defence lawyer.
The three asked for a cumulative compensation of Bt99.4 million. They are Thaweepong, Chutipong and Samruam Vichaidit.
The revised charge must also be submitted to the French company within 15 days. Then, the court would proceed with the case.
