SIAM sets up joint venture
Siam Steel International said on Monday it entered into a Joint-Venture Agreement with Wangsingcome Engineering Co Ltd by using the name "Siam Steel-Wangsingcome Joint-Venture".
The joint venture has the objective for operation of the renovation of the terminal and its facilities including Bt405.72-million His Royal Highness Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn's office at the Chiang Mai International Airport, based on joint investment proportions of Siam Steel International and Wangsingcome Engineering at 80 : 20. - The Nation
