Dusit Priness opens first resort on Koh Chang

Dusit Princess Hotels & Resorts yesterday opened its first resort property, the Dusit Princess Koh Chang.

The property is expected to become a major attraction due to the development of Trat Airport and government initiatives to promote Koh Chang as a major tourist destination, said Octavio Gamarra, senior vice president of Dusit International.

The island is also served by a 20-minute ferry service and increasing flight frequencies from a local carrier, he said.

Located in Ao Bai Lan, the resort has 96 guest rooms, all with private balconies.
