Troubled Reggina hire veteran Ulivieri as new coach
Milan- Serie A tailenders Reggina hired veteran coach Renzo Ulivieri late Thursday to replace Massimo Ficcadenti at the helm of the Reggio Calabria side.
Reggina fired Ficcadenti after a 3-1 home defeat to Livorno, who drew level with them on five points from 10 games.
Ulivieri, a 66-year-old who began coaching when he was 24, is the president of the Italian association of coaches. He was fired in the spring from Serie B side Bologna.
