Phatra buys shares from dissent shareholders
Phatra Insurance Plc reported that it has bought most of the shares from those shareholders who voted against the company's merger with Muang Thai Insurance Co Ltd.
Phatra Insurance said in the statement to the Stock Exchange of Thailand on Wednesday that its representative, Fortis Insurance
International NV has bought a number of 4,500 shares from those dissent shareholders at Bt220 apiece, or 95.74 per cent of total dissenting shares.
Shareholders holding a total of 4,700 shares voted against the merger at the extraordinary meeting on October 10.
