TRAF becomes takeover target
Traffic Corner Holdings Plc's share trading was halted on Tuesday afternoon, now that its board of directors convene to consider the capital restructuring.
The company requested for the halt on share trading, saying that such meeting could lead to a change in the company's share price.
There are rumours that the company has become a takeover target.
