GHB in Money Expo Chiang Mai

The Government Housing Bank will offer four special campaigns during the Money Expo Chiang Mai 2007, whereby homebuyers in the North are entitled to the special mortgage rate as low as 3.50 per cent.

Khan Prachuabmoh, president of the housing bank, said that the appraisal fee will also be as low as Bt1,200. Meanwhile, visitors to the expo are also invited to take a look at 185 residential houses which are offered at special prices.

The expo will take place during October 19-21 at Chiang Mai University's Auditorium.
