The residents who suffer from the noise pollution from the airport plans to stage a gathering to protest against delayed compensations.
Wanchart Manathamsombat, a representative of the residents, said after the tri-party meeting on Wednesday that there has been no progress at all and as such residents plan the gathering on October 28.
AOT told the committee that an appraisal company faces a stumbling block on the assessment of noise level at 154 households where noise exposure is believed to be higher than 40 NEF.
