The WTA star will partner Rohan Bopanna in a field which also so far includes Serbia, France and the Czech Republic, officials announced on Tuesday.
The French will be represented by Tatiana Golovin and Gael Monfils, while the world number three players Jelena Jankovic and Novak Djokovic will play for new tennis power Serbia.
The Czechs will feature the love doubles pair of Lucie Safarova and boyfriend Tomas Berdych. Impresario Paul McNamee is still at working filling out the lineup for the week-long event which runs over the New Year's period and serves as a warmup for January's Australian Open.
Mirza and Bopanna beat Croatia and the Czechs in their 2007 debut while losing to Spain in the semi-finals.
"Sania has the biggest forehand going in women's tennis, and she's a massive star on the subcontinent," said McNamee. The world number 30 stands 30-18 this season.
