The concept is to provide treatment in the garden. No hospital feelings or sick signals are sent out. Instead, visitors are greeted by Zen-like architecture, water features and earth tones.
CEO Poompong Patpongpanit believes that this approach to providing medical and aesthetic services in a single centre, where cutting-edge healthcare technology is combined with the human touch, is a much-needed addition to the health-services industry.

"It is important that the medical practitioners and health professionals at
Med Park take patients'
best interests at heart and will be honest about the treatment they may or may not need.
"We want to build long-lasting relationships with our patients. When patients come to us, our goal is to assess their genuine needs and then consultation. That enables us to understand not just their medical issues, but also personal issues that may lead to the desire for a particular treatment.
"This is a very important aspect of the Med Park concept which separates us from the current trend of just giving the patient what they request or even trying to sell them something they don't really need."
