Here French cuisine is at its pinnacle, with both very innovative dishes and a firm grip on classic tradition.
Although the dining room is somewhat cramped, it by no means diminishes the culinary delight one might experience at the Pied a Terre. The flawless ceviche of scallops with avocado and creme fraiche makes a memorable starter, and the assiette of rabbit with pistachios, baby carrots and mustard sauce is a truly mind-boggling main course.
The wine list stands among London's finest.
