Man: If you don't want to share a room, we have single rooms but we let them only to second years and up.
Woman: That won't apply to me then. I don't mind sharing as long as it is with somebody
who's not too messy.
Man: I wouldn't worry about that. We do reserve the right to make sporadic room inspections just to make sure we keep the vermin out.
Woman: You've got rats?
Man: Pardon me! I certainly don't think so!
Woman: I'm sorry! I didn't mean it quite like that. It's only that I'm terrified of them.
Man: Well, there's nothing to worry about here!
Woman: What facilities have you got?
Man: We're wired to the university's Intranet and you have wi-fi access from every room.
Woman: That sounds great but I was thinking more along the line of cooking and doing the
laundry.
Man: There's a laundromat in the basement, and a communal kitchen on every floor.
Woman: What about transport?
Man: The campus bus stops right outside the front door and the subway's just around the
corner.
