Prakob Seenard said he was not fully represented during questioning, and that police interrogators did not allow his lawyer to be present during the session. He also claimed to have sustained injuries to his right wrist as a result of cuts made by handcuffs.
Prakob was due to do another re-enactment yesterday but refused to cooperate after consulting a man who he said was his lawyer.
Lat Phrao police chief Pol Colonel Somsak Bunsaeng said they had sufficient evidence to implicate Prakob and his refusal to re-enact the crime would not affect the investigation.
Prakob was arrested last week after being implicated by Jaturong Benkul, the self-confessed gunman who shot dead Raweewan near her home on September 13.
He later publicly confessed to killing two other Bio Clinic clients apart from Raweewan.
Jaturong has said Prakob was the getaway motorcycle rider after the shootings of Raweewan and Bunlue Rungrueng in March.
Prakob also confessed to assisting in the murder of Charnwit Charnrattanachai on November 18, 2006.
A police source said evidence from the Bio Clinic in Don Muang showed Charnwit was killed there. This was also confirmed by other accomplices Prakob identified as Sor and Sergeant Or.
