
All free trade agreements (FTAs) that the government is negotiating with trading partners would be suspended if the parliament does not approve them.
Under the new Constitution Act, the government has to seek parliament approval before negotiating FTA with any countries. The Constitution Act's Article 190 draw to ensure the country's both maximum benefit and transparency process.
